Bio

I am a professional Photographer, Animator, and Video Editor. I am fascinated by people. I am interested in how the ways we define ourselves affect the way we move, hold ourselves, and approach our daily tasks.

I grew up on a dead-end street branched off another dead-end street in Bettendorf, Iowa. As a child, I ran rampant through the neighborhood playing street hockey, sledding, and searching for arrowheads and crawdads in the creek behind my neighbors house. We moved to a military base in Germany when I was in the 6th grade, and I spent the next several years getting horrendously lost in every corner of Europe. We moved back to Iowa just in time for me to graduate high school and move to Boston for college. I graduated from Boston University with a graphic design degree in 2009. In 2015 I graduated with a post-baccalaureate professional certificate in animation from the Lesley University College of Art and Design.

Throughout all of this, I drew, painted, played with creating characters in clay, took photos, and created with whatever was handy at the time. I intend to keep doing this.
